With winter upon us, a reminder of our cancelation policy.
We have a 24hr cancelation policy that we do need to enforce. We plan our entire days and in some cases our weeks based on an expected number of rides. We can't fill a lesson spot with less than 24 hours notice so when you cancel short notice you're literally taking money out of our pockets and our horses mouths. This is how we pay our bills, maintain the farm and feed the horses you love so much.
Now. That being said. In cases of snow we often find people canceling WAY in advance and then nothing even happens or there is way less than called for. We ask that you touch base with us 24 hours out and then wait until closer to your lesson time (8-12 hours) to cancel.
I don't care if there is 7 feet of snow we live here and will assume you are coming if we don't hear from you so canceling an hour before your lesson or being a no call no show will put you on our s**t list and repeated offenses will get you fired as a student.
