Hoof & Paw is an Animal Rescue Organization located in Nucla and Naturita, Colorado. We are a group of volunteers who help stray and abandoned animals. We put them in foster homes and try to find them permanent loving homes. We get them medical care when needed and we have a No-Kill philosophy. We also promote spaying and neutering through clinics and funding assistance. We are always looking for more volunteers and foster homes. Because we are Non-profit we always need and accept Donations.

Just curious if there are a couple of homes who would be willing to foster a pregnant cat- help us take care of the mama and babies. It's around a 2-3 month commitment. We can provide a cat condo, food and litter.
We have 2 pregnant cats at the shelter right now.

Update: Foster found!
Immediate foster needed for Bartholomew. Bartholomew is an 8-10 week old Heinze 57 puppy needing a quiet foster that can help him heal and rehabilitate him. Details of his injuries can be given if asked and instructions for rehabilitation will be given upon arrival.
An indoor kennel, collar, leash, bowls, food and medication will be provided (along with anything else needed). Any foster will need to be vetted beforehand.

Dolly was adopted! After a too early morning trip to Nell's Grooming for some mat removal, it was off to Moab Veterinary Clinic for a long awaited spay date. As you can see, she wasn't too pleased with me. The next morning we made the shortish trip to her furever home! Dolly's new mama is sooo in love and Dolly quickly fell for her and claimed her spot on the couch!

Ellie is in desperate need of adoption or fostering! A shelter (regardless of the care) is no place for a 15 week husky mix (let alone any young puppy). When she should be potty training, she is piddle pad trained and gets worn out not having anyone her age to play with. She is a great puppy and will be an amazing dog with the right environment. Batman and Mahbet got a Starbucks pup cup to get em boosted for their afternoon at Chow Down Pet Supplies Inc. in Montrose! Come on down and meet em! Beautiful Delilah will be here soon too! She had to help drop cats off at Montrose Animal Services and is running behind.
We'll be here until 2pm; hurry down and meet your newest family member!
