These posts are always the most difficult. Many of you know that I had plans for Rosie as one of my future Mama's. But, unfortunately Rosie will not be able to be added to my breeding program, due to elbows that are not sufficient to be passed to future generations. Watching Rosie run and play with the other dogs, you would never know that her elbows were faulty. One of the main reasons that I test all of my prospects.

Rosie had everything I wanted in a Bernese Mountain Dog, beautiful gentle personality and kind brown eyes. And so pretty, people would constantly tell me how pretty she was and still is.

Luckily for Rosie, she has been welcomed into a good friend's family. She is quite spoiled these days and I believe I've been replaced. She truly loves her new family and I still see her quite often so it really just worked out beautifully.

Yesterday she was spayed. I felt really sad about this because overall she was perfect except for that one flaw.

But I know in the long run I did the right thing.

While I was waiting to get my oil changed, Gidget and I walked down to owlcanyoncoffee_ for a delcious chia tea and bagel sammy.

This is a big week for us, as Gidget's next litter is in the works! Stay tuned, I'll keep you all updated here. We're planning for puppies 🥰

Gidget and Greta loved all the attention they got at Menards today. These dogs make my heart so happy. I love my girls!!

This little lady was from the super bowl litter.
In fact, she was my breeders pick and I decided to place her at the time because the timing wasn't right. A decision I have regretted ever since!

I'm happy she was placed in the best home, living her best life in Washington State.

I just love updates of puppies from past litters. This little guy here was named Bart from the "B" litter. Check out his new haircut, they gave him a mohawk 🤣😍 it's just so cute!!

They are enjoying him even in his puppy stages. He's been a good boy and has been easy to train. His family enjoys taking him on walks and playing fetch. He gets along with everyone including other dogs. Makes me so proud!! Good job Barney!!!

I am planning a spring litter! Estimated arrival May 2024. I'll keep everyone updated as I know more ❤️

Aspen from the " Colorado towns" litter.

This little darling (Aspen, they kept her litter name🥰) got to grace the wedding isle while her mom and dad tied the knot! She was spoiled with a spa day and extra treats on this very special occasion ❤️
