This evening I saw Mr. Seamus! He is such a sweet boy! He loves hugs and he loves giving kisses! He had a rough time when I brushed out tangles in his tail and ears but we took it slow and I was as gentle as I could be. He wanted to nip me but immediately said sorry once he did. He's a very smart boy and he's very loving. I can't wait to see him again in 6 weeks! ♥️♥️♥️

Here's my girl, Ridley ♥️ She is such a little sweetie pie! I love grooming her! It's bittersweet, she's moving away come May so I'll only get one more groom with her. I've formed such a bond with her as I do with all of my furry clients. I love them all as if they were my own dogs. I was able to find a great groomer in her new city that does a lot of doodles and also works out of her home. I am super excited for her pet parents to embark on this new journey in life! And I feel good knowing Ridley will be in good hands once she moves away. ♥️♥️♥️

I had another first timer here this afternoon. Meet Maple the Mini Goldendoodle ♥️ She was so brave today for her first grooming session and big girl haircut! We took it slow and I hugged her throughout the groom. I told her what a good girl she was and we celebrated each little victory! Can we talk about how cute she is ?!? 😍😍😍 She'll be coming to me now every 8 weeks. Can't wait to see her again!

I ended my day with my girl, Bonnie the Wheaten Terrier ♥️ She did so good for me today! We did nails, paw pads and ears last week so today was just the haircut. Her mom gives her a bath and dries her at home. We've figured her out and what works best for her. She absolutely adores Elvis too! They take turns stalking each other in the back yard! Love this girl!

This afternoon I saw the sweetest pair of doods... Leo and Mabel! I love these two so much! They are both so calm and easy to groom. It's been storming here and they didn't care one bit. It helps that we were in my basement and I had the radio playing. They are truly a joy to groom!

Little Miss Frankie the dood is in the house!!!! She had her very first spaw day today! Let me tell you, she is one of the best puppies I've groomed! She's only 4 months old and she is so chill about everything. She was fearless for each step of the grooming process. Nails, paw pads, bath, blow dry, haircut, sc******ng her face... she took it all like a champ!!! I'm super impressed with little nugget! I'm in love for sure! 😍😍😍

Meet Charliee, the Schnauzer mix. She is a senior dog, almost 11 years old, and is struggling with the onset of anxiety. Her vet says as dogs get older, anxiety can manifest. She has reverted back to going potty in her kennel and needs to be bathed almost daily. She is now on some medication to help with the anxiety but it has not yet taken effect. I gave Charlie a humanity or comfort groom today. She needed to be shaved as she has to be bathed so frequently. I am the type of groomer that will do whatever I can to make a dog comfortable. I am so thankful I have the skill set to work with anxious dogs and make them at least a little less nervous while they are in my care. I told Charliee what a good girl she was and after her bath I wrapped her in a towel and rocked her for a few minutes. She gave me the sweetest kisses. I truly love my job and my heart is full ♥️♥️♥️
