Keeping Tongues In Mouths: D- ... They poke out all the time.
Dog Friendliness: A+
Cat Friendliness: B+ (Amber ignores them, Albert chases and barks, but does not hurt them).
Kid Friendliness: A+
Tricks: A for Effort.. The only one they know is "Sit there and look cute!", but they're really good at it!
Comments:
Amber (Yorkie) and Albert (Dachshund) are a joy to have in the shelter! They are inseparable friends and would like to remain together when they graduate. In spite of their challenges (being 14 years old and in a shelter isn't easy!), they maintain a positive outlook on life and greet each day with enthusiasm.
Recommendations:
Albert and Amber are very sweet dogs, healthy for their age, and would do well in a variety of homes and do not currently require any special care or medication. Albert occasionally needs help on stairs and would like a home without too many. They share a strong bond and must be adopted as a pair.

These knuckleheads are still waiting patiently for their forever! They have become besties in their foster home. Although it’s not a requirement to keep them together, it would be awesome if we could.

Sawyer is a 3 year old hound who is sweet as can be. He loves everyone and loves other dogs. He would love a doggy friend to play with everyday. He has energy but will also relax and nap too.

He would be a great companion for anyone and would love to explore on walks.
