Another day out with Thor!! This handsome and playful puppers has been with us for a few years!!! Yes I said years! It's time for him to shine in a forever home where he can thrive as the center of attention! He will do best in a house as an only fur baby and comes with a free training session from PAK Dog Training! Please message us for a meet and greet! I promise you won’t regret it!

Update! His owners have been located! Thank you to everyone who shared our post! 🐾❤️

Yesterday we took in a dog and we are hoping to locate his owners, as I am sure he is missed.
He seems to be an older dog, boarder collie or mix of. He is blind on his right eye.
The photos are of a very dirty dog. It looks like he's been on the road awhile, maybe fell off someone pickup bed. He is very sweet and friendly, he has definitely been someone's pet.

Locations we are considering:
Rural areas in south east Holt county, south of Neligh, Burwell, Albion, Elgin, Petersburg, Ericson

Thor is so ready for his forever home! With the manners he has learned, he will make an easy transition from shelter life to pet life. ❤️🐾

Thor continues to show improvement with his basic manners with me and the other handlers at the Holt County Animal Shelter. On Friday, it was the easiest he has given the ball up (still a work in progress) and we worked on some impulse control during our play session. I think we are at the point to where I would love to put him in a position to possibly fail (specifically with cats) and see how he responds. I will try to get that on video for possible owners. He has been so much fun to work with and for someone who can work with him daily, I really think he will thrive with consistent training.
