Finished a great week at Traverse City for the Young Jumper Championships in 3rd Place. Tenacious jumped 3 clean rounds and got a little tired in the jump-off. She was amazing and so was my rider! Thanks Katie Cox , love ❤️ you.

Started the week off in Dallas with Tenacious at the Belgian Warmblood Keuring. She scored an 84 and is on track for Elite Mare status. She has to present 2 years of competition records, x-rays and another inspection. It's a process, but our score was very good.

What a difference a day makes.

I don't post much here but people have called worried. The barn was hit hard and at one point the sound of a train not coming from the tracks came over the arena. So many trees and limbs down. However, all the horses are safe, all the builds, cars and trailer are not hit! Many fences with trees on them to fix but the guys were great and got them all fixed this afternoon. They cleared about 8 trees to get the paths back open so they could feed all the horses. I will say the guys laughed when I said "take cover in the bathroom." Not sure where they went but I ran and hid. So grateful all we have is lots of clean up.

What a fun party with the show team! Sorry for those that couldn't make it. We killed the escape room and set a record. These girls can ride and they are smart! Unbelievable how quick they solved the puzzles. GREAT TEAM

What a fun evening at the barn with so many students. We had our annual Parents Nights Out with traditional fire roasted hotdogs and smores. We were so lucky the rain held off!

Housing included- Looking for worker with experience around horses. Needs to have knowledge of running tractors, mowers and tools. Work is outdoors in heat and sun. Days are long. Anyone considering this position should be ready for manual type work. Hours start very early in the mornings and this is a 6 day a week job. Task include cleaning stables, mowing grass, care of horses, feeding animals and repair of farm fences. Responsible individuals only need to apply. Salary based on experience.
