We strive to assist local animals (in Anderson and surrounding counties in TN) in dire situations who are hungry, hurting or homeless. We raise funds to assist state-registered nonprofit rescue groups when funding is needed for food, shelter, vet s

ervices, boarding, etc. We prioritize verified cases based on available funds at the time of the request. We pay the veterinarian, the kennel or appropriate vendor, and/or purchase the required needs, such as food, supplies, or medicine. We also serve as a network for posting homeless animals and assist with spay/neuter costs prior to homing when needed and feasible. Our network is made up of anyone in the general public who loves animals as much as we do; we have seven members on our Board. We are so grateful for all our friends and supporters; you assist us in helping those that cannot help themselves. Hello and happy New Year! How did 2024 go by so fast?? We ended the year on a slow note, but we still want to let you know what we worked on.

In December, we paid $2,084.21 in vet bills for 10 rescue animals for four non-profit, state-registered rescue organizations. Each week, we post photos of the animals and a little bit about their rescue story on our blog site: https://helpingpaws37830.wordpress.com

Our net revenue for December was $8,363.70, which came from a combination of donations and fundraisers. Our next big fundraiser will be on February 1: Merch Swap, Boutique & Purse Bingo
