❄️ ⛄️ REMINDER !! If OR schools are closed due to weather classes at or with ORKC are also canceled then. Also being that many of our instructors travel 1-2 hrs to the club from many directions and mountains some times instructors can’t make it in. All instructors will keep tabs and in touch with students. If you have questions and can’t reach instructor reach out here or PM and we will do our best to help with communication Thank you for everyone’s patience.

🎉🎉ORKC’s 2025 January Agility Trial will be held January 3-5 th at the Roane State Agricultural Expo Center in Harriman! The trial starts at 8:00 AM each day and runs until mid afternoon. There is no admission and spectators are welcome!

Volunteers
We can’t run trials without volunteers and we would love to have your help! Starting on Thursday afternoon (~4:00 PM) we need help to unload equipment and set up the rings. And of course we will need lots of volunteers throughout the trial on Friday-Sunday. No experience necessary - just come on down and we’ll get you started! Volunteers will receive vouchers that may be used for entries to future trials or for purchases from agility trial vendors! Also GREAT opportunity for club members to earn their volunteer hours!

We look forward to seeing you at the trial!!

The ORKC All Breed Agility Trials are right around the corner! This 3-day event is being held at the East Tennessee Agricultural Exposition Center in Harriman, TN on January 3-5, 2025.

🥶🥶🥶NOTE! For East building. 🥶🥶🥶The heating system has been turned off and can NOT be turned on. The building can be used but There is NO heat 🔥 in East building until repairs are made. Training Director made some reservations for current instructors for West building to finish up this session. Sorry for the inconvenience! Stay warm!

ORKC would like to thank all those who came out to support our fall Obedience and Rally trials last weekend. We hope you had as much fun as we did! We even had 4 Get the Scoop ice cream truck drop by for a few hours which was a great way to celebrate your successes in the ring. Speaking of celebrating, we had the pleasure of awarding two RACH rosettes this weekend! Huge congratulations to those competitors and also to those who were brave enough to step in the ring for the first time. Special thanks to our wonderful judges, Nancy Grimm and Leslye Pinnell, and to all of our volunteers.

We hope you will join us again on March 29-30, 2025 for our spring Obedience and Rally trials at Ultimutt Knoxville.

We are looking forward to hosting our fall Obedience and Rally trials this Saturday and Sunday at Ultimutt Knoxville.

Early crating/setup for exhibitors will be allowed on Friday, November 8, beginning at 5:00pm ET (not before as this is a daycare facility), and ending at 7:00pm ET.

Ring rental will also be available on Friday evening for practice purposes between 5:00pm - 7:00pm ET at a cost of $10/10 minutes. Pay when you arrive and sign up, not in advance, and no treats in the ring please.

Let's have a great weekend with our dogs! We hope to see you there!
