I ordered the wrong size replacement bowl. They were able to get back to me quickly and ship a replacement ASAP. Excellent customer service. I sure wish all businesses operated this way! I'm so very pleased with the feeder that I received for my 2 dogs. It is very well made and looks great. I originally thought there was an issue with the top. Adrian graciously responded immediately to my email and offered to FaceTime to talk through what ended up being our error in putting the screws in too tight. Excellent product and excellent customer service! I highly recommend!
