Rustic Rentals at Enid Lake offers spacious, clean, rustic rentals perfect for the family escape, the ultimate fishing trip, hunting excursions, Ole Miss sports, off road adventures, girls trip, or work assignments, and more! We currently have two properties available for rental. These are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. We have become the popular overnight host for guided fishing
trips, family vacations, weekend retreats, weekly work stays, team building weekends, girls getaway, a nice challenging trail ride on horseback, a wild ride on the ATV trails, a weekend of Ole Miss football/baseball/or other activities or just a weekend at the lake. Our cabins comfortable sleep 6-8 guest and offer the "wished for amenities " of our guest. Both cabins are located approximately 1 mile from the George Cossar State Park, and approximately 1.2 miles from the boat ramp. They are both offer keypad, key less entry to accommodate late check-in times and early checkout for those that travel and need this accommodation. The cabin is located approximately 20 minutes from Grenada and Batesville, 45 minutes from Arkabutla, 35 minutes from Oxford, 20 minutes from Water Valley. There are gas grills on both properties, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have easy access to Enid Lake, this is great for hunting, fishing or just relaxing with family. The park offers a playground, a putt putt golf course, and a disc golf course. These cabins offer a warm cozy feel in this open floor plan with spacious loft. The enclosed garage gives you the perfect place to park a boat, ATV, or your vehicles to escape the weather. The wrap around porch have large ceiling fans to stir up a breeze on a warm summer day, and is equipped with rocking chairs to ensure a relaxing experience. Throw the corn hole boards in the trunk, as there is plenty of room to "toss a few under the covered carport or in the driveway." County Road 27 has very little traffic so it is safe to take a walk, or a bike ride with the kiddos. Brand new central heat and air units keep the cabin temp perfect. There is a deep freezer on the back porch, as well as a gas and charcoal grill, perfect for grilling the perfect steak. Beech Hollow Nature Trail
The Beech Hollow Nature Trail is located at the entrance to the Wallace Creek Campground. The trail is approximately 0.5 miles long and is a self guided. Trail guides are available at the trail head or at the Enid Lake Field Office. The trail area is made up of hilly terrain and creek bottoms. Persimmon Hill Multi-Purpose Trail
The 0.6 mile Persimmon Hill Multi-Use Trail is located between the Persimmon Hill Campground and Persimmon Hill Boat Ramp. Trail has lights for evening treks, wildlife feeders, a waterfall, and two entrances and parking areas that are accessible to the physically challenged. The 0.5 mile Water Valley Landing Trail is located across from the Water Valley Landing Campground. Rocky Ridge Horse Trail
The Rocky Ridge Horse Trail is a 9 mile equestrian and hiking trail located across from the Plum Point Campground. This trail runs long the shoreline and through upland and bottomland hardwood forest. Spyglass Hill Trail
Spyglass Hill Trail is a 20 mile multi-purpose trail located along the south side of Enid Lake between Point Pleasant Recreation Area and Spyglass Hill. The trail passes by Ford’s Well, a historical site that attracted may during the early 1900s to drink and bathe in the therapeutic well water. The trail also passes hand-hewn timber buildings, to include a barn/crib, outhouse, blacksmith shop and a cabin that were common in the area around the turn of the century. You will also pass some of the largest sandstone outcrops in the area
