This lovely boy is looking for a herd of his own. If milk is your thing, please take a look at this pedigree!! Also, from a very maternal and sweet dam, India is kind as they come and easy as pie in the herd. Easy breeder, easy kidder. Two of my favorite qualities in a reliable milking doe. Great to milk by hand as well, with large teats and orifices. Her 2F appraisal score was in OCTOBER 2024.

We are very sad to report that we lost our little house goat early this morning. We noticed yesterday that he wasn't moving around much and not quite as hungry. We figure it was his little heart. It just couldn't keep up. Rest in peace, sweet boy, you are missed.

Just after midnight, Smoothie finally delivered 2 does (1 light Cou-Claire and 1 chocolate with frosting) and a big cream buckling. She is full sister to Blackberry and was also bred to Till-Riv BWZ Jack The Zipper. The smallest chocolate doeling was getting cold fast, so I popped her into the house for a bit to warm up. We shall see how she does later today. Smoothie was the last of the big rush. We now have a few days of rest before the last four are due.

2 does and a beautiful strapping buck for Violet. I think she is done.... Textbook delivery. Will post individual photos tomorrow! These are our first LOKI kids. Now, for a nap. :)

SUPRISE! QUEENIE just splooted out 2 bucks and a doe like a total pro all by herself. I guess her August 27th through the 29th breeding date was her real heat, and her false heat date was sept 12!! What a hooch! Well, I'm glad the babies are up and nursing because Stiletto is in early labor now and Violet and Abby are not far behind! Lol
