Is your dog “food motivated”? Do you have a very involved mealtime routine to try and get your dog to eat? Is training difficult because your dog won’t take treats?

Eating is a behavior.

Which means it can be trained! Reach out if you need help.

A training session in new place or playing frisbee are a couple more I would add!

Ideas apart from taking my dog to a dog park:
Hike, playdate with a dog friend, take a class with them (agility, tricks), enrichment activities, go for a swim, walk in a different neighborhood.
