We have received multiple phone calls concerning the respiratory illness that impacting dogs in our area and would like to ease some concerns.

What we are doing to protect our clients and families:

1. We sanitize work stations between each grooming, including tables and cages.

2. We are evaluating each pet at drop-off for coughing and nasal drainage. Pets that present those symptoms at check-in are be sent home.

3. We are asking pets are picked up as soon as they are ready to further limit potential contact.

4. We are asking that if your pet has any signs, symptoms, or has been in contact with a pet that has any symptoms, that you cancel your appointment to ensure the safety of the other animals in our care.

5. As always, we are requiring that all pets be current with their vaccines prior to their appointment date.

We will continue to monitor the situation in the community very closely; our number one priority is the health and safety of all pets in our care. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Now that Halloween is over let’s talk holidays! We are 3 weeks away from Thanksgiving, 5 weeks away from Hanukkah, and 7 weeks away from Christmas. Happy Tuesday everyone! Finally we get to announce we once again took gold in the best of Oakley! To celebrate we took our staff plus friends and family to go see the Barbie movie.
