Today we are grateful for our 7yo Finest x Sandro Hit mare getting stronger in these tough transitions! Collected trot - baby passage - piaffe - collected trot - medium trot to a stretchy trot with one hand 🫶🏽🦾

If you know this horse, you will understand what a *huge accomplishment this open throatlatch and honest reach through the back are!! Ditto for the quiet rideability you see in the tempi changes. He is all heart, this guy, never stops trying. 💖 His only flaw is that he tries too hard (and then gets completely out of sorts as he tries to charge about!)

Days 1 & 2 of the show, nerves got the best of him, but by day 3, we figured out our warmup & scored 69% in his Intermediate 1 test.

Looking forward to the future with sweet Dante. 💜🥂

We can’t overstate how proud we are of this mare: Emeres (UB40 x Idocus,) in her first PSG, scoring over 70% from 2 different judges in Colorado a couple of weeks ago.

Outside of some very nice scores, the comments from the judges ranged from “a pleasure to watch,” to “what an incredible mare: I love her kind & trusting expression,” which really sums up how we feel about her.

She’s still getting stronger in the work & we are already excited for next steps. See you guys out there next year. 🥂🦾🫶🏽 (not included, pictures of me crying while we exit the arena 💖)

Isabel Freese/NOR und unserer TOTILAS-Sohn TOTAL HOPE OLD (Z.: Christine Arn-Krogmann) brillierten im Viereck vor dem Château de Versailles in Paris. Mit dem Personal Best von insgesamt 76,397 Prozent sicherte sich das Erfolgspaar den Einzug in das Einzelfinale am Sonntag und belegte in der Grand Prix-Einzelwertung einen herausragenden neunten Platz 😍!

Isabel Freese/NOR and our TOTILAS son TOTAL HOPE OLD (breeder: Christine Arn-Krogmann) shone in the arena in front of the Château de Versailles in Paris. With a personal best total of 76.397 percent, the successful pair secured their place in the individual final on Sunday and took an outstanding ninth place in the individual Grand Prix classification 😍!

Yes yes, she’s a little small but once you see her INCREDIBLE gaits, you forget all about her small stature. She’s small/I’m small- it’s perfect. Excited for her future! 🤩🥂

🏅Congratulations HPM Fendi S (Finest x Seance SQF/Sandro Hit) for her fantastic score of 70.375% in her 3rd Level Open, Test 3 from judge Axel Steiner at the Sage Creek Summer Show. 👏 Fendi S is owned and ridden by Lori Barrett and was bred by Sandra Heinrichs.

Great clinic in Poland! Such a fun group of people- good horses & good riders make for a happy time. Was really cool to see how excited everyone was to learn, & the various ways we found to communicate! (Spanish, English, Polish & German, variously 😆)

Paulina thank you for organizing, already looking forward to the next one! Excited to see the progress in November. Thanks to all the riders for being open & trusting me to help them on their journeys with their horses.

Check out the amazing shirts on Marcin & Anna: they both had super rides & wore shirts with a picture of them (on horseback,) holding hands. Quite possibly the cutest thing ever. What a great group of people to know!

Better late than never for a show post! 71% from 5* judge Axel Steiner in our 3-3 is enough to make us celebrate.

Cannot say enough great things about sweet Fendi, who's finally proving herself as a show horse! It's been quite the road. (Next time, we eliminate ulcer activity much earlier in the process.)

Now a break from competition while we polish up the weak spots in our work. Never stop improving. And as always, for the win! 🍾🥂
