This 400 from is coming along nicely. The filtration and mixing station are plumbed. Still have to plumb the RODI, UV and set up the hydros controls.

Making up some proportioned food packs for a few clients. Some people don’t want to touch the “stinky” food, and some can’t be trusted to feed enough or not over feed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I took apart an old 125 gallon today, and these were the airlines running into the tank. I pulled them from under the gravel! Holy 💩 this is excessive!!

Well, you know the saying every mechanic has a sh*tty car? So, this aquarium service tech had a lousy tank. Just too busy caring for everyone else’s. I stripped the whole damn thing and redid it. New sand, all new rock. Let’s see how it goes this time.

Today I went to a new clients house, to service their 200 gallon reef which needs a lot of work and major equipment upgrades. It was previously serviced by another CT company.

This is the 40 gallon brute that was being used for top off. The tsunami ATO was pumping this 💩 brown, rusted water into the sump for god knows how long! The whole bin was filled with the brown water and then I found whatever that is in the bottom with a couple rusted nails. 🤬

People, if you have a service company maintaining your tank...check on your equipment and see what’s going on from time to time. Don’t just assume everything is fine because they show up.
