Question for my Equestrian friends. Have you heard anyone mention my business name, hahaWHATEVER, and any plans to start a business in the Equestrian space with my name?

It has come to my attention that someone else is trying to register and effectively 'take' my business trademark. I am rectifying the situation right now, but this is obviously concerning and seems downright unethical. This person, I now know the name of who requested the registration, lives in the state of Florida and is looking to register nationwide.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know has any information.

Question for my Equestrian friends. Have you heard anyone mention my business name, hahaWHATEVER, and any plans to start a business in the Equestrian space with my name?

Anyone going to Kentucky for Landrover at the end of April? I will be going to relax, spend time with friends and have fun watching so many top riders! If anyone is interested, I am happy to bring sample sizing of new designs listed below for people to try on and then order online. Just let me know!! I don't have quite the energy to bring the hahaWHATEVER Boutique this year, but am planning to make an unforgettable debut in Kentucky next year😅 My new designs of breeches (6 women's and 1 men's) have arrived and passed the California test market with flying colors! In addition, my new designs of ombre crystal as well as green & navy gaucho in the matchy matchy collection of belt, browband and dog collars are in stock! Hi California Friends! Who is going to be at or near Galway Downs this weekend? I will be in town and am planning to set up a small vendor table on Saturday with some of my items. During the show, I will be taking pre-orders for my new designs!! I keep listening to feedback from you and incorporating brilliant (in my mind) changes focusing on Comfort, Function and Fashion (of course)! Here are the items coming: 1. Updated Solid Foundation Breeches: - No Knee Seam (OMG the added comfort!) - Side Pocket a bit larger and in line with seams - A secret technology to address those with tiny waists Colors: Charcoal Grey (yes!!), Navy Blue(not too dark), Black and...Powder Blue! 2. Show Breeches!! Similar added features as above with one more little secret style addition for those who don't want to wear a belt 3. Dare 2B Different in super limited quantities! All I will say right now is that one of my Dressage customers out here tried my sample on and would not give them back😅😅 4. Sun Shirt(s) - long sleeve with secret venting. Colors: A. Dark Green/Navy Pattern B. Mint Green (panel dark grey) OR Lavender (panel dark grey) OR full solid color🤔 5. Our Story

I always wanted to start a business based upon my love for horses! What did I have a talent for when it came to horses though? I am always learning, but have no magical skill when it comes to riding, much less training or teaching. What else? I do love to get a good laugh, especially at myself and my mistakes, so maybe I could do something with that? I love t-shirts with cute sayings, but they never look good on me. Maybe I could design my ow?? My horse has a pretty interesting sense of humor and makes me laugh, so I’ll use her. Bundle in a few life experiences and mold my vision as I go...shake it up and add in love, laughter, learning and a bit of wine and we’re all set to leap forward!!
