How does a flexion test work⁉️ During the test, the veterinarian will flex a horse’s joint (such as bending the leg at the knee or hock) and hold it in the flexed position for several seconds. After the joint is released, the horse is asked to trot away, and any changes in the way the horse moves are observed.
