Noel's Farrier Service, LLC Ocala, Florida Noel's Farrier Service, LLC Hello, my name is Noel Diaz, a farrier dedicating my God given skills to helping horses with lameness issues.
(10)

I have been shoeing horses since 1990. During the earlier years of shoeing, I decided to dedicate time studying the horse's hoofs and anatomy of the horses leg. There are many clinics that are provided throughout the year to help educate the farrier to become more proficient in shoeing and understanding the horse hoofs. I continue my education by attending numerous clinics and conferences througho

ut the year, some including the Central Equine Annual Conference, Annual Bluegrass Laminitis Symposium, Annual International Equine Conference and the AAEP Conference.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, recognizing Your power and sovereignty over all creation. Today, we lift up those who find themselves in the path of Hurricane Idalia. We ask for Your divine hand of protection and guidance to be upon them during this challenging time.

Lord, You alone are our refuge and strength, a present help in times of trouble. We seek Your mercy and compassion to encompass those who are in harm's way, sheltering them from the destructive forces of the storm. Provide them with the strength to endure and the assurance that You are with them, guiding their steps.

We pray for the safety and well-being of every individual and family who will be impacted by Hurricane Idalia. Surround them with Your love and peace, calming their fears and bringing them comfort amidst the chaos. Grant them wisdom to make the right decisions and guide them away from harm's reach.

As Your Word reminds us in Psalm 91:4, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." We hold onto this promise, knowing that You are our ultimate protector. May Your constant presence be a shield of defense for all those affected by this storm.

Father, we also pray for the emergency responders and relief organizations who are working tirelessly to assist those in need. Strengthen them, provide them with wisdom and discernment, and surround them with Your angels of protection. Help them to be a source of comfort and hope for those who are suffering.

In the midst of this crisis, may Your love shine brightly through the compassion and generosity of individuals and communities coming together to support one another. May we be motivated by Your love to extend a helping hand, provide shelter, and meet the needs of those who have been affected.

We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that You are always with us, even in the face of storms. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard the hearts and minds of those in the path of Hurricane Idalia.

In the name of Jesus, our Savior and Protector, we pray.

Amen.

Thank you all for the continued prayers and support.

If you could please share Jake's GoFundMe page. The funds are going to the Out of Network Hospital MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Texas, travel and lodging. https://gofund.me/868cebb3

We are traveling April 1st. April 5th is Surgery, if all goes well, he will discharge on April 10th or 11th. We are traveling back to Ocala April 12th and plan on a couple nightly stops. Our return home should be April 14th. Hopefully Jake will ride comfortable enough. Flying is not an option for lung surgery.

Last trip to MD Anderson was 7 days and this trip will be 14 days, if all goes well. Which it will! God has this! ❤ ❤

God bless. Praying for Jake and so many more. God knows our prayer list. Lord, hear our prayers.

Cindy and Noel Diaz are integral part of our amazing community. They are the first people to… Jennifer Gibson needs your support for Help Jake Fight Cancer!

~Update on the medical plans forward~
Jakes case is complicated because of his previous surgery on the lung. MD Anderson Cancer Center is the best option for Jake. There is still a question as to whether the tumor is Cancer (Adenocarcinoma) or a very bad Desmoid. MD Anderson has decided that regardless of what the tumor is, it needs to come out for a number of reasons. Because of the complicated nature, the surgery will be manual not robotic, making it more invasive and longer healing time. surgery is the preferred method of treatment by MD Anderson due to the complicated nature of the tumor and the many factors that potentially contribute to receiving a different diagnosis with every pathologist that observes it. These factors, enumerated as: broken bones that did not heal properly; presence of bone shards; potential recurring or latent infection; presence of spindle cells; and presence of tissue that results in various cancer/noncancer diagnoses, are believed to hinder any possible diagnosis without a complete excision and analysis of the tumor.
The following procedures are scheduled on April 5th: Excision of Chest Wall Tumor Including Rib(s); Thoracotomy with Therapeutic Wedge Resection. The doctor performing the surgery will be Dr. Garret L. Walsh. Given the nature of the surgery and the complications presented (prior Pleurodesis, alpha-1 deficiency, etc.), recovery time is expected to be up to 3 weeks and an additional 8 weeks of exertion limitation that does not exceed 5 lbs.
The goal of the surgery is to completely remove the broken parts of bone, the bone shards, and as much of the tumor as possible. Removing the portions of bones that did not heal properly and bone shards is believed to greatly contribute to the reduction of experienced pain. This will also result in the most accurate analysis of the tumor possible and give a more complete diagnosis. This will be used to determine proper treatment of the tumor if it results in such a case, such as a desmoid or cancer diagnosis, to avoid use of treatments that would have no effect and only serve to poison the body.
