They are known particularly for their smooth ride and wonderful, willing temperment. They are used for a variety of disciplines and are considered to be quite versatile and athletic.

What a wonderful article I found about Marchadors! Since the author literally stole my photos, without permission, I guess I'll own it, reshare it and be proud of it. One photo of Brioso has a copyright on by Bob Langrish, a famous European equestrian photographer. Another one is of me goofing around with Brioso, and of the three yearlings, one is only a half Marchador. The others are Mountain Horses. That's what happens when you don't ask permission! LOL. Makes u look like a fool, writing an article, and sharing photos of Mountain horses in an article about Marchadors. Alas, the Mountain Horse does closely resemble a Marchador with regard to their disposition.

This beautiful horse breed is rare worldwide and more commonly seen in South America. As the National Horse of Brazil, it is known for its smooth gaits and even temperament. Cheveyo’s semen has been frozen almost 10 years now. With Breezey all grown up, I decided it’s now or never! She has been confirmed in foal to Cheveyo for a May of 2025 foal. We’re super excited about this one! This pregnancy may become a case study for Dr. Poser when she was at UF. Cheveyo experienced an injury which resulted in collection of epididyme semen immediately following castration. Dr Poser was able to extract viable semen that resulted in 70% semen motility. We have what looks to be a very healthy embryo. Prayers for a healthy beautiful foal next year.

This evening's ride with Claudia was unique and wonderful! She rode Lendario, while I rode Amoradeau, who is sired by Lendario. We enjoyed an unplanned father-son ride. LOL. This was also their first meeting. Great ride!

With great disappointment, we announce that Amora lost the baby about 3 months into her pregnancy. We remember that things happen for a reason, so this year wasn’t meant to be and onward we go!

Cheveyo InMotion & I finished 1st and won Best Condition at McCulley Farms Endurance Ride on November 5th, 2023. He’s the perfect horse. U can do anything with him. Anyone can ride him. And, he turns into the perfect little freight train at these rides. Such a wonderful all around horse, the Mangalarga Marchador!

Brioso InMotion had his 1st ride since arriving in Florida last week. He was prepared for a northern winter, so I decided to clip him. He’s getting back in shape & is enjoying being outside 24/7.

Mangalarga Marchador, Cheveyo InMotion, competed in McCulley Farms Fall Endurance ride this year. He & rider, Brooke Little, finished in 1st place, with all A’s, in the 25-miler on November 5th. We are super pleased with Cheveyo.

We won! 😃 Cheveyo (Mangalarga Marchador) & I rode in McCulley Farm Fall endurance ride this weekend. He is such a wonderful horse. Photos coming next week once the photographer has time to post them. Cheveyo is such a little freight train when he wants to be.

It’s a working 💪🏼 vacation for me this week. Getting lots done! A huge 💥thank you💥 to Dr George Vilar & Claudia Ney Bellandi. Not only did they make my day! They made my entire year! ❤️ Dr Vilar comes from Brazil to registered the horses in the ABCCMM, that’s the Brazilian registry! They were inspected, measured, ridden, then branded. 💥🍾🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂

Enjoyed a nice relaxing ride this evening on Amorado. Only our 2nd ride out on the trail. Alone both times. He handled things well.

Brioso - Marchador! ISO - his “Human of a Lifetime”… check him out. Love this boy! Brioso is broke big trucks, motorcycles, mountain bikers, and street cyclists. He grew up in a stud pasture beside the road, so he’ll sleep through a dump truck driving by. I’ve had dogs come running out of the woods at him & he stood strong! He lunges; walk, trot, canter, and changes directions on cue. He has done over night rides camping in a portable pen. He is the definition of a gaiting machine! Smooth as silk. He has class & is one of the best bred Marchadors in all of North America. He has 12 ELITE book stallions on his page. He is one of a handful of picada gaited geldings in America! If u want natural gait with athleticism, this is your horse. He loves the trail and his rider should as well. This is a horse with an excellent mind who is confident on the trails. He has no problems going alone or with a group. He’s content at the front or rear. He’s only for sale because he was meant to be my stud, but his swimmers didn’t have enough motility, so I gelded him. Since I already have two heart horses, who are also MMs & are father/son, he is for sale. He will go to an exceptional home where he will be loved. He is available for someone who is searching for their horse of a lifetime. He should be the primary riding horse for whomever purchases him bc he likes to go places. He takes a confident rider.
