Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING: We guarantee our animals will be alive & healthy upon arrival. Photo evidence is required. Shipping days are Monday - Wednesday only. You MUST be there at time of delivery, if not you MUST do a hub to hub shipment. Our main concern is the safety of the animal. SAFE SHIPPING WEATHER: We will only ship to home if the weather is between 35 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit. That r

ange is extended to 25 to 95 degrees if opt to have shipped to a hub for pick up. Animals must be picked up same day for live arrival guarantee to warranty. All weather is checked prior to all shipments. Orders generally arrive by 10:30 AM (your local time) in most metro areas but some remote areas may not arrive until "end of day" which could be as late as 5:00 PM. HEALTH GUARANTEE: We guarantee the life of our animals for 2 days from time of delivery. We take pride in offering healthy animals but can not be responsible for the care you provide your animal. Please be sure to research and be aware of how to properly care for your new family member. (we are always here for any questions) All of our animals will be shipped after no less than four meals and will be established on live rat pups. SPIDER WOBBLE: We can not guarantee that any animal we sell containing the spider gene will not develop a neurological "wobble" defect at some time later in it's life. That is the nature of the mutation and by purchasing a spider from us, you acknowledge these unfortunate possibilities. Any available spider ball python that already has a noticeable "wobble" in our care will be advertised as such. PAYMENTS: Twisted Tails Reptiles has a no return/no refund policy. If you need to cancel an order before being shipped there is a 15% cancellation fee. We accept PayPal (goods & services) & Square. PAYMENT PLANS: Offered for 60 days with 25% down for purchases over $500. All deposits are non refundable. Communication is required. We use Ship Your Reptiles shipping cost varies on zip code.
