Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops with Garlic and Thyme Sauce, DON'T WANNA LOSE THIS 😍😍

Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
