THIS….people think this is something that happens elsewhere. Something that can’t happen in WV. BUT here’s proof that this kind of sick and twisted thing can happen anywhere. This guy is from WV. He was getting “free to good home” animals and doing this to them. This is why it is so important for people to not give animals away or to at least check on the animals once you do. This is a rescuer’s worst nightmare (well one of them) not to mention the nightmare the animals went through.

Hey guys. This is Zoe and her two tiny newborns. We here contacted about her yesterday morning and as you can see the birth took a toll on her. She is now at the vet in Charleston and going to get the care she needs. She is under the care of Paw Patrol, but u fortunately her surgery will be 1200-1500. Not counting the emergency fees, aftercare, etc. Sadly one of her kittens did. It make it, but the other is hanging on and really needs its momma. So we are asking to please help us toward the cost of this bill. The vet does not accept payments over the phone but if you could PayPal the money every dime will go toward this baby.
