@pacnwrs this weekend!!! Come take him home π₯Ήπ
Fresh shed and off to his new home today π₯°
Hypo zeros sure are gorgeous βοΈβοΈ!
I think I have perpetuated a misconception about frilled dragons in that they are similar to bearded dragons in temperament. I'm here to clear that up. 90% of the time they want nothing to do with you. They are content being left alone. They require a lot of work to tame down. Babies stress easily. They require a lot of patience and understanding. This is absolutely not a pet to think about getting if you want something to put a harness on and take out and about. They require and deserve a healthy amount of respect. All that being said, they are some of the coolest lizards I've worked with thus far, and are very rewarding, if you have the patience. Notice how I said patience multiple times in this post ππΌββοΈβΊοΈ
This handsome translucent male was paired to a peachy orange witblits female. Some really nice color, structurally sound het witblits are in the works!
Just kidding. it's not dangerous. Maybe to your pocketbook though :)
look at the red coming in on this Aussie frilled!!πππππ
I always show them posturing and
frilled, but they are very sweet if you
work with them β€οΈ
this one here is a perfect gentleman
This threat display sends me every time ππ
Gastropholis prasina
House of
RAGE today π. I'm so glad these guys are all bluff no bite
Gastropholis prasina have an interesting threat display: they open their mouth and wag their bright red tongue at you. Mfkn' William (yes that's his full government name) here is just starting to do this and, well, many intimated. Much scare.
more baby frilleds!
these guys hatched out at a little over 90 days. In the process of testing temp determined sex in the species :)
I don't care who you are, 100% auto revert to goofy baby voice when playing with cute little lizards.
ever wonder how you get high colored red/orange witblits?
this translucent het witblits would be the ticket.
