Baby frilleds are so funny. There are so many sticks and branches in this enclosure, with the same temp gradients, and all of them but one have decided that THIS specific branch is THE place to be this evening π€£
They will be ready to be YOUR buddies here in a couple weeks, and a few may make their way to the @pacnwrs in Puyallup in January ππ
Yellow line translucent witblits just shed out and is looking π

Hypo zeros sure are gorgeous βοΈβοΈ!
I think I have perpetuated a misconception about frilled dragons in that they are similar to bearded dragons in temperament. I'm here to clear that up. 90% of the time they want nothing to do with you. They are content being left alone. They require a lot of work to tame down. Babies stress easily. They require a lot of patience and understanding. This is absolutely not a pet to think about getting if you want something to put a harness on and take out and about. They require and deserve a healthy amount of respect. All that being said, they are some of the coolest lizards I've worked with thus far, and are very rewarding, if you have the patience. Notice how I said patience multiple times in this post ππΌββοΈβΊοΈ
This handsome translucent male was paired to a peachy orange witblits female. Some really nice color, structurally sound het witblits are in the works!
Just kidding. it's not dangerous. Maybe to your pocketbook though :)
