saddlewoodranchllc Training you and your horse to succeed together. Alisa Gutierrez was born and raised in Littleton, CO.

She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors in Equine Sciences and a minor in Business. Throughout her time at CSU her jobs included halter breaking weanlings and yearlings, c**t breaking, and working with conditioned and rehabilitated rescues. After graduating, Alisa worked for over 2 years as an Assistant Reining Trainer at Guynn Training Center. As an Assistant Reining Trainer

her responsibilities included teaching lessons for IEA, training and conditioning reiners and ranch riders, conditioning green horses, assisting at AQHA shows, and c**t breaking. Alisa also has experience as a treatment technician at an equine hospital and has experience in handling colic and other injuries. At Saddlewood Ranch LLC our goal is to help give your horse the right tools in order to have a successful relationship with you and to help guide your horse through challenges and give them confidence.

Summer vacation is over for Saddlewood Ranch. The horses had some well deserved time off and it’s time to get back to work. With it still being pretty hot here in FL we’re bringing the horses back to light work with lots of cool down time. It’s still extremely important not to overwork you and your horses in this heat.
Towser especially had a fun summer and couldn’t help but play in all the puddles after storms😂

Saddlewood Ranch had our first Ranch Riding Clinic this weekend!!! Thank you everyone who came and everyone who helped put this together❤️ We are beyond grateful. And thank you to Canter Oaks, LLC Horse boarding and Training for hosting!

We will officially hold monthly clinics starting in the fall alternating between Ocklawaha and Lakeland.

Keep an eye out for future dates :)

COLOR ME AN OUTLAW aka Milo
Milo is a 2020 registered APHA gelding and is 14.2 hands. He can walk, jog, and lope and he’s been on several trail rides. He’s an in your pocket kind of horse. He can go any route and is very willing and kind. He's good for the farrier, the vet, can load, and stand tied.
He's up to date on vaccines, coggins, and dental. He’s ready to go in any direction.

Hi everyone!
We have one training AND/OR pasture boarding spot at our facility for the winter. Here is what we offer for training:

* 30/60/90 days (lessons included)
* C**t Starting
* Conditioning
* Horsemanship
* Ranching Riding
* Reining
Boarding at our facility has access to an arena, round pen, AC tack room, and a wash rack. We also blanket, basic wound care(owner is an equine technician), and grain and hay included in board. We are a laid back and quiet facility.

COLOR ME AN OUTLAW aka Milo (papers in photos)

Milo is a 2020 registered APHA gelding. If you’re looking for an in your pocket/puppy personality, this is the horse for you! He is super sweet and eager to please. He has the potential to be a great kids horse. He could also be a great ranch rider.

He’s been on trail rides and is happy being the leader or happy being in the back. He’s also recently been trained in dragging logs along with other obstacles like poles and going over bridges. He is looking for his person that can continue his training.
Milo is able to:
-WTC
-trail rides
-obstacles
-Ground drive
-Load a trailer
-Stands for the farrier
-Stand tied
-Good for the vet
He is up to date on vaccines, coggins, dewormer, dental, and farrier. He will continue his training while he’s with us.
