Here I am, perched like a majestic feline on top of the fish tank, contemplating life... and the very suspicious behavior of the fish below. 🐠

But let me set the record straight: Fish are friends, not food! (Well, at least today they're friends. Tomorrow, we’ll see...) 😏

As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m feeling extra grateful for:

My throne on top of the fish tank — it’s the best seat in the house. 👑
The humans who think they’re in charge, but we all know it’s really me. 😸
All the food that magically appears in front of me (and no, I won't share my secret on how I make that happen). 🍗
So, here’s to a peaceful, fish-friendly Thanksgiving... unless of course, someone drops a turkey leg. Then all bets are off. 😜

🐾Meet Ellie! She is not at all phased by the vaccines she had done today. We wish we could bring the same comfort to all pets coming to visit us - here are some tips and tricks for making vet visits as pleasant as possible!

1. Positive Association: Bring treats and toys to create a fun experience. Reward them after the visit! ❤

2. Practice Makes Perfect: Take short trips to see us just for weight checks (they're free!) so we can give your fur baby lots of treats. Not every visit needs to be full of poking and prodding!

3. Stay Calm: Your pet can sense your emotions. Stay relaxed to help them feel at ease.

4. Comfort Items: Bring their favorite blanket or toy for a sense of security during the visit.

5. Socialize: Bring new puppies around other people as early on as possible (while staying safe if they are unvaccinated). Have strangers or new people give them treats to make the experience more fun!

Remember, a little preparation goes a long way! 🐶❤️ Our goal is to make every experience as enjoyable as Miss Ellie's was.
