And the rattery is now officially ‼️CLOSED‼️

It has been a great few years and I appreciate every single person who has adopted from me and supported me. It is possible, one day in the distant future, I will start up again (thus why I'm leaving this page up). But for a good while, I'm going to take a much-needed break! If anyone has any questions (whether you have adopted from me or not) on rat-related topics, feel free to send a message my way. Although the rattery is closed, I will always be available to provide help when needed.

I am hesitantly searching for pet homes for some rats. I will also have supplies, caging, accessories ect available once most of the rats have found homes.
I potentially have a litter due this month, so there will also be babies available in some time, however currently there are just juveniles/adults.

As I'm sure you're wondering.. yes, the rattery may be temporarily closing. There is a possibility of me reopening, but it would be in the distant future with different lines. Things have unfortunately changed since the last post, and it is getting increasingly difficult to manage the rattery on top of everything else going on right now.

With that all being said, nothing is 100% final yet. However I am, at the very least, casually seeking some responsible homes for a few of my rats. They are to go strictly as pets, not breeders, and I will not adopt out both genders to the same home unless you are a previous, trusted adopter.

Please get in touch if you're looking for rats and can provide a loving home. There is a very limited selection, so don't dally!

Hi there everyone, I appreciate your patience while I have been taking some time off. Although it may not seem like it, breeding is very mentally and physically exhausting. I had contemplated shutting down the rattery for good as my personal life was just too busy -- but after some thinking, I am going to continue, just on a lower scale (as in, not litters every 2 weeks like I had been doing, maybe once a month).

I am prepping to start pairing rats this month, meaning there MAY be babies available right before Christmas. Perfect timing for another Christmas photoshoot. 🎄

As a reminder (because I've been getting so many questions on this) these are the varieties/coat types/ect that I breed: Rex/Double Rex, Standard, Harley, Roan, Silvermane, Dalmatian, and both Agouti-based colors and Black-based colors.

Huge THANK YOU to all my wonderful adopters over this year! I have enjoyed meeting each and every one of you and cannot wait to continue. The rats and I will be taking a well-deserved break over the next 2-3 months. I expect to continue breeding in later October but this is subject to change.

If any of you (adopters and non-adopters) have rat-related questions, please feel free to contact (text, email, Messenger) at any time. I will still be active -- just not breeding.

Excluding Female 1, I have labeled these as Irish berk as they do have a few hairs of white on their stomachs -- however, they otherwise appear self and are 99% black. These are all roan carriers.

Unfortunately have two more female rats available due to unresponsive adopter (have held for a couple weeks, scheduled pickup for today & no response). One baby who is a blue SM rex (pictured below) and her mother who is a black SM rex. Both extremely friendly.

If anyone is interested in adopting 3 adult males, please send me a message. I am helping someone find them a home. I've been told they are very sweet and friendly (raised in a classroom). They were bred by another rattery in Florida.
Two appear to be Marten and the third is Siamese, two are Dumbo. Happy to provide more information and pictures to anyone who may be interested!
