Transition can be hard, so we're here to help. There's a few nice features with our new app that we'd hate for you to miss out on, like sending yourself your pet's vaccine records or seeing lab results.

From the home page, you can choose "pets" at the bottom. This will be a list of all your pets. You'll choose a pet, scroll down to "reminder records" and then click the blue arrow in the bottom right hand corner. It'll ask you for an email address to send the vaccine certificate and you can see an example of what the email will look like.
This is also a good place to request an appointment for any overdue reminders that will show up in red.

Also from that "'pets" page, you can view lab results and request prescription refills.

You can use the "providers" page for ways to contact us and to get to our online pharmacy. As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to us!

Meet Dakota, the 2 1/2 year old Belgian Malinois, that had so much fear and anxiety coming to the vet as a young puppy. Our CVT Kayla worked very hard with Dakota through Victory Visits to get him to the point of comfort that he can now lay in Kayla's lap and take treats. Something we couldn't have dreamed of when he first started coming to us.

If your pet is at all anxious when coming to the vet, please reach out to us to discuss doing Victory Visits. They are "happy visits" with a technician, where all we do is slowly build trust while giving praise and treats and nothing further (to start), to show that not all visits to the vet have to be scary 😊
