Unfortunately with the beautiful weather we have had several no call, no show appointments. This has forced me to implement a $25 deposit toward first appts, first grooms that will go toward the cost of the groom.
Also, if you no call, no show your appointment, I will be required to charge you half the cost of the original groom before you will be allowed to re-book for a future appointment.
We hold these appointment times for your pet, when you no call, no show we lose out and so do our other clients.
