This sweet boy (in Flordia) was given to a homeless person that kept him tied to a car during the hurricane. Along came 2 caring people took him in got his medical care. He is currently in a fabulous foster home recuperating until "BIGGY" goes to his forever family ....what a wonderful story 💖
