Anthony said not an option. Lol probably should had had that convo first. But we do have a lot of puppers just like her! All the puppers!

She one of the bestest dogs in the universe! Have no clue why no one has adopted her. She's been with us a year and hasn't had 1 interested person.
She loves to herd the cats and pretend she's gonna eat them, but then forces them to snuggle with her. She knows the word "toy" and will play fetch for hours. Loves plush beds, cleaning up spilled crumbs on the floor, and chasing the side-by-side.
She does have some post traumatic stress, so if someone raises their voice she starts barking.

JuneBug desperately needs a home. We are no longer assisting with dogs. It’s just too much with the horses and all aspects of farm life here. She’s the last one that’s needing placement. We thought we had a rescue transfer but unfortunately it fell through.

She has completed heartworm treatment after arriving here extremely emaciated, covered in ticks and in rough shape. Less than a year old. Scheduled to be spayed next week. All other vetting is complete. Total couch potato and loves to just hang out with her people.

Please share!! Sedalia MO area with transport available. Adoption fee has been waived and she can go with extra funds to a licensed rescue!!

I have enjoyed meeting several new puppies lately. A couple of people have said they didn't know about us! So I thought I'd send out a post to let people know about Dakota's.

My name is Charity and I own Dakota's. My shop is named after the best dog in the world (😉) whose picture is my logo. He was the one who made me passionate about dogs!! I started out as a dog trainer 27 years ago, then became a groomer 2 years later, in 1999. We moved to Odessa July, 2010. I had a shop in town for 11 years, then after CV19 shut me down for a couple of months, we decided to move our shop out to our home southeast of town. I am insured. I also offer pick and delivery for special circumstances. For a small upcharge, I can provide it for anyone.

I charge according to the breed, coat condition, the services you desire and dog's behavior. There will never be surprise charges. I will let you know BEFORE the groom what the charges will be. If an extra charge is needed due to behavior or extensive matting, I will notify you during the groom and let you decide what you would like to do from there. No surprises. If you have a cell phone, I like to send photos or updates throughout the groom to let you know how they are doing.

Dakota's Dog Grooming is now offering boarding for clients specifically. Not opening it to general public just yet unless referred by a client. I don't have a ton of space for multiple clients. But I want to make it available to clients who may need it in a pinch. We do not have dog runs like the bigger places but we do offer a personal one on one experience. We have 4 acres that we walk the dogs on a 50 ft. lead at least 4 times a day. Large kennels offer them room to stretch and be comfortable. Climate controlled at a comfortable constant 69° all year round (can be a little warmer for the smaller breeds). Message me or call/text (417)827-7445.
