This rack concept works for me, I’m always learning and adjusting as I need; to both better care for my animals and maintain the quality of my animals. I’m always up for ideas and other concepts. This has just worked well for me.

Last year I hit some real challenges with feeder production. I swore to myself that would never happen again. I added more infrastructure, positioned myself to exceed any possible demand I could ever see or need. I pushed every single aspect.
Earlier this year I ran a test month to see what my possible max output could be. That was an intense month, clearing over 2500 rodents produced. I stocked myself up on frozen, have a months worth for my entire collection, and helped friends along the way.
As I approach hatchling season, I’m once again prepping to run at full capacity, to ensure I have constant feeder sizes needed for hatchlings.
As of yesterday, the rodent building is at 92% capacity. By the end of May I will exceed that.
This process took almost 4 months to correct, and get rotating the way I like it. I say all this, simply to illustrate to keep pushing, don’t quit and sometimes the answer is something you stopped doing.
