We are excited to share that effective today the City of Blue Springs has a contract with Wild Souls Wildlife Rescue and Rehab to provide care and services to wildlife in our community. Wild Souls is already well integrated into Blue Springs responding to hundreds of wildlife calls for service each year, in addition to the thousands of hotline calls they receive and answer. This contract will ensure that residents have access to a wildlife rescue facility here in Blue Springs. Hotline calls and calls for service in Blue Springs are given a priority. They will continue their wildlife education programs they are already doing for the Blue Springs Police Department’s Girls on Fire and National Night Out, as well as Burr Oaks Outreach and many others!
