Good Morning & Happy Thursday!
As we approach the holidays and the end of the year, we want to share a friendly reminder regarding our policies. Recently, we’ve noticed an increase in no-shows and late arrivals. While we take great pride in our work and have been understanding in the past, these situations continue to happen and impact our schedule and the care we provide.

Please remember:
• Our policies are presented at your first drop-off and signed by every pet parent.
• We kindly ask that you respect these guidelines moving forward to ensure fairness and the best possible experience for every pet and family.

Unfortunately, if these policies cannot be followed, we will no longer be able to offer one-on-one grooming appointments. Instead, we would need to move to a single drop-off time at 8:30 AM and pick-up at 5:00 PM. In our hearts, we do not want this change—we believe pets deserve to go home sooner and remain in a stress-free environment. But to preserve our one-on-one care, we need all pet parents to come together and understand how important these policies are to keep our days flowing smoothly.

I absolutely can not thank my clients enough for supporting me and making a dream of mine come true!!!! Your dogs is what makes me keep going everyday and I LOVE seeing them and spending the time that I do with them! Hug them alittle tighter today…maybe go grab a pup cup…because its National Dog Day!!!! We know our world wouldn’t be the same without them. 💜🤍💜🤍

Starting today July 1st we are excited to announce a better way to communicate with our clients! Our current phone line is in an area that is hard to reach when needing to multi task, so we find ourselves using our personal cell phones and thats where confusion starts!
With our new system you will be able to text or call to set up an appointment. We are also excited to have a LOCAL number to help identify who we are when giving a call.

As a One-On-One Groomer, Please understand if we are not able to answer the phone right away we are tending to clients, bathing, or giving 100% of our focus on a pet on our table. So please be patient, leave a detailed message, and give us at least 24 hours to reach back.
