I am sharing a link to a direct family in need that lost there home in the North Carolina floods that is out of work, a home and needs some support during these times.

I want to share the back story on Zus that I gave lessons to when they were in Ojai. Zus has a very special place in my heart for many reasons. He has a very natural ability to connect with horses and Ill never forget the first time my mare met him. She dove her head into his chest and just stayed there.

Lacey was a beautiful soul but only connected deeply with her people. I have never seen her do that with someone she just met. Then I gave riding lessons to him shortly after with her. You can see the special connection they shared together. When my girl started declining we would go out on walks in the perserve. Shortly before she passed we ran into Zus out there and he saw us at the time I didn't know it was going to be the last time they were going to see one another. My beautiful boy Lakota is a little over 2.5 now. He's growing up and developing to be such a magnificent being. Grateful to be his guardian and on our journey together as one. 🤍🪶🌹✨

I love when horses in training start to thrive and want to do their training session. Pictured a few here that came to the gate when they saw me coming to do there session. I know when I get to this point I have made big shifts with them as a partnership working together of being heard, seen, feel safety and ready to work through their stuff/fears. When they're heard, seen and feel safety even through the fears they still want to show up, want to please and they want to say yes! I have seen it over and over. Building that trust allows them the space to let go.

Some it happens sooner then later and others may take sometime depending on trauma from previous training, humans, being shut down and not being understood. Horses are contantly sending us messages and at times the smallest signs that go unseen or ignored until it becomes a big thing. It's important on the process to know and understand what's going on a physical level to support them to feel good in there bodies. That's usually the biggest thing that is missed pain, emotions, not being understood, feeling not enough, judged and the humans not being truly present when being with them. Horses are a beautiful dance if we can become the observer through out the process of human and horse as one.

In the photos with the horses dropped heads I asking a combination of Pillar one from , bringing awareness when they're out of their bodies and at times they take it deeper will ground themselves with breath into the ground.

This was a beautiful week working with these beautiful beings. Truly thankful and makes my day even that more enlightened when those shifts happen. Sooo grateful for my clients that are in alignment with this kind of work and well being of the horse.

Way over due having the horses worked on by . Serena has been a blessing for our horses and we are all so grateful for the work she does. We got some big releases today not pictured or video we were in the moment of the session.

Like new Billy Royal show halter. Only used a handful of times. My mare is retired and I have been riding in a different discipline for quite sometime that this beautiful halter needs a new home. Cleaned and polished well. A lot of the silver sealent came off that's normal you can read on there website. Has some minor color changes in leather from cleaning but can be fixed with the right dye but will leave up to new owner. Retails on sale right now for $500.00 not including matching lead for an additional $70.00. Comes with a matching lead. Willing to let it go for $375.00.

I want to put a huge thank you out there to our new followers and always the ones that have been with us from the start.

We have a lot of new growth recently and truly appreciate you getting to witness part of our journey continually unfolding.

I am taking a pause training full time. It's been a road of so much growth and these past two years have been a lot of transtions on finding our home. I need a moment to pause, regroup, heal my body, take a breath and focus on myself, my horses, long term clients that have been through it all with me that I am beyond so grateful. To the new ones that are on this path and in alighnment moving forward.

There's nothing wrong with taking that pause and regrouping. When I am ready to rebuild I am going to be very selective who I take on. I can easily fall in and want to help everyone. That's where my heart is but it's also has put me in situations that aren't in alignment with who I am or my work and core values. I want to work with individuals that are solely in it for the horse, that are willing to put in the work, self-reflect and trust the process no matter what it may look like...

In this process of a pause training we are also expanding our healing work. I am creating balance within my job so I can also enjoy my horses. My long time dream horse Lakota that is a Andulasian stud c**t was in my 20's dream that beautifully manifested through an amazing breeder. I am sooo grateful for this magnificent c**t and seeing where he is going to take me next in my career. He's definitely showing up as a teacher in his current process and the importance of connection. This goes so deep on so many levels.

We plan to have a place of our own next! I want to create a safe space for horses and humans. A place for people to heal with there horses and expand beyond was is visible. To have a space for people to heal with horses. We need change in the horse industry and how we treat these beautiful horses and one another! That's my vision that will continue to expand and keep all possibilities open.

Keep the dream alive and its ok to take that pause! 🙏🏻🤍🤍🤍

My name is Melissa and I own Moonlit Rhythm Horsemanship formerly known as Rhinestar Performance Horses. I am currently looking for a place to call home for my personal horses and to run my business that is moving into doing more inner healing with horses for people.

We did our second sound bath meditation with the herd of three horses and have had amazing feedback. We have found through this process there is a need for this kind of work. We will also be offering breathwork with horses.

Doing this kind of work we would love to have a space that has a higher consciousness with horses and that is not a traditional boarding space. During the sessions we need a quiet and tranquil area while we are running the events or sessions. I am also open in helping the process of creating/running my own business with the horses and can do a lease on the space.

I have worked with a lot of trauma cases in horses and in the emotional field of the horse. I am working on a different level with the horses that I am excited to bring into this space for people.

Beautifully said and the importance of harmony within the herd. 🙏🏻

I have worked on a few herds and shifting the dynamics.

I have witnessed doing this work brings out healing within themselves that opens the horses to open there awareness to patterns they inhabited from humans or horses where they have had to self protect to stay safe or are bringing there emotions out on other horses.

Its also beautiful to witness and look with in the self to see where the humans maybe projecting there stuff and what they're bringing into the field that can be creating/contributing the un-balance.

I got to witness shifts and changes within my herd when we were going through unpeeling the layers within us as a herd human and horse during our healing process. 🙏🏻❤️ Horses that could not be within a herd effortlessly joined with ease and flow.

As a trainer I can train all day but this is such a crucial part to there training. If they feel well and balanced within the herd they're emotionally capable and clear to focus into the training session.

Safety is a key need for the horse. Unless this need is fulfilled, the horse cannot successfully meet his other needs. He is a social animal and will need a herd and a safe environment to eat, explore, roll, rest, and get good quality sleep.

Approximately 5-7 hours of each day are committed to resting behavior. This includes four types of activity: idling, drowsing, resting, and sleeping. As in humans, sleep is necessary to rest and recharge the body as well as the brain.

The horse can experience both SWS sleep ( slow-wave sleep) and REM (Rapid eye movement) sleep, and in order to get REM sleep he needs to lie down on the side with his legs straight out and the head down. To be able to do this, he will need, aside from feeling safe from external threats, an appropriate space to lie down safely. Without enough REM sleep the horse can suffer excessive drowsiness and may transition into REM sleep while standing and partially collapse before suddenly waking up.

An autonomous lifestyle gives the horse the opportunity to choose when to sleep and rest on suitable bedding, as well as interact with herd mates to make him feel socially secure.

Beautiful and blessed day working with some amazing beauties... There's days in your work that move through small or large layers. Days of breakthroughs/shifts and then there's those days you go deep. Today was one of those days! So much magic and beauty wrapped in one day. One thing I love about my job is all the different breeds I get to work with... 🙏🏻 Feeling grateful! Ended the day with a mustang falling asleep into my leg. Chills ran through my legs. Being one with the horse is such a beautiful place to be and the places they take you. 💓

I see why a big shift needed to happen last year and never new what was hidden behind the layers and truths that needed to be brought up for healing.

Then you came in a little piece of sunshine through the darkness and called me to you. I new you were special and different. Until now I really see the depths of who you're and so grateful I stuck to my intuition to move forward. When your not looking you showed up! Thank you for choosing me to be your human! 💞
