Meet one our favorite employees.. Shanice! She is the glue that holds Ojai Village Veterinary together. She started as a receptionist and has quickly become a leader in the back with Linnette! She is always smiling, and ready to get to work! She also gets us laughing so hard we cry! 😂 We are grateful for all of her hard work and positivity during some of our crazy days!

Staff week comes to an end ( all good things must come to an end 😢) We surprised the girls with something to make them feel special…customized cups and a bag full of goodies! We have never had such a hard working, dedicated team! So grateful for all the hours and compassionate care these girls put into their jobs!
Employee of the day: Wendy!
Wendy ( aka the cat wrangler) has a special soft side for our patients. Even the difficult ones love her! She’s especially skilled in training the staff and being calm when all chaos breaks out!

Employee of the day: Colleen!
Colleen is our head receptionist. She will find a way to get you in to see the doctor! She has the voice of an angel and we often tease her she should be on a commercial! She is an Ojai native and we are lucky to have her knowledge and skills. ( you may recognize her from Ojai Pet Hospital before they closed)

Tech week continues.. and we have the sweetest techs around! We surprised them with a table full of sweets ( enough to endure a cavity!)

Tech of the day: Linette!
Linette serves us graciously as our Head Tech. She makes the workplace fun with her jokes. Her ability to get stuff done while still being super compassionate with our patients makes her one of our MVP employees! She is a friend to all and very loyal!

Shanice is our jack of all trades, she’s a receptionist, tech, and sometimes even Hospital Manager! She’s one of most loyal employees and gets things done! She’s never stressed and always smiling in this sometimes not so glamours job ( even when cleaning up p**p! )
