During summertime it’s especially important to make sure your pets are well hydrated and cool! Here are our recommendations:

☀️Use a cooling pad 🧊
☀️Add electrolytes to water 💧
☀️❗️Don’t walk them during the day!
☀️❗️Rule of thumb: IF you cannot lay your hand on the pavement for 5 seconds or more, IT IS way too hot for your dog!

*Remember even in the late afternoon it will still be hot. We recommend using paw booties for your dogs.

☀️Use of cooling bandanas or harnesses for extra cooling
☀️Always have water handy 🧊💧
