Back on track after the Masters graduation. Life is a journey.

I haven't posted for awhile. In May I graduated with my masters and that was a great celebration. It also was a tough time emotionally because during the last semester I put on some weight due to stress. I'm happy to report that I've finally gotten back on track. I'm part of the beach body family with my PiYo and I got the 21 day fix. I put on 20 pounds during grad school. Ugh. I'm done 12. I have 8 more. It's hard every day. Tomorrow is the break day and then on Monday I'll start my third cycle of the 21day fix. I'm learning things all over again. Keep strong.

Haven't posted in LIFE lately. To be honest the last 4 months of my life have been the hardest ever. I made it! Grades will be posted Tuesday. Hoping it was worth the sacrifice. Cheers! This is a good one!
