You would think that I’d be better at timing for National Cat Day! But for me, every day is spent with these little loves in my life. I am also extremely lucky that most of my people-loves also love cats. Lol!

Edited: Shezne’s female Maine C**n, now reserved for Donna!!

We had considered keeping this little jewel. She has a perfect head and beautifully smoked black fur…. But her young mother is the same color and I am trying to keep my cattery small. This kitten is active, playful and loveable. She loves to chase scatter toys and also loves her dinner. 💞🐾😊

Thank you to the CFA Coastal Cat Club Members who put on a fun Cat Show this past weekend! I had not been to Deer Park, TX before but I am so glad we were able to make it this year!!! And thank you to the judges who made room for our cats in your finals. 💞

Happy Ginger Cat Day!!!
Featuring RW GC Mishikoonz Jack-O-Lantern pictured with our recent “Opera” litter (they’re all in tux!). Tenor, Maestro, Aria and Diva! Jack is 13 years old this month and still a great Grandkitty to my littles!!!

Where are they now?

Miss Ruby Redemption is growing up beautifully in south Oklahoma!!! Kimberly sent this picture of her kitty, at 9 months old, and we are completely in awe.

Update: I changed my mind and named them all after the Opera, since they’re already in Tux! Maestro (master of ceremonies, conductor), Aria (solo female voice), Tenor (high male voice) and Diva (leading Lady).

We had a great time at the Oklahoma City Cat Club Cat Show in Stillwater, OK!!!! We took our 26 pound black and white Maine C**n, “Shezne’s Hermes: My Message is Love” for his scan at the HCM clinic held during this show. Hermes is a big boy and was adored by many of the visitors to the showhall. He received “The People’s Choice Award” for the favorite cat at the show. Our new boy, a heavy big-b***d brown tabby with white Maine C**n named, “CaliCats SaengSuryia King of Shezne”, only needed 5 points to qualify for his Grand Title and he gained that in his first judging ring. Our female, “LapCats Steel Magnolia”, did very good at her first adult show. Just 8 months and a minute old, she made a Final in a very competitive class and earned a few points toward her Grand. We also delivered a kitten to our new friend, Heather of Clemintine Cattery! We look forward to hearing how our “Eclipse”, a Blue Smoked Tortie is doing in Texas!

Judge Jacqui Bennet is a very informative and fun judge. If you have a chance to visit a cat show where she’s judging, make sure you grab a seat at her Ring. I watch her judging, even when my cats aren’t in her Rings! (Jacqui is shown here with our 10 month old male Maine C**n, CaliCats SaengSuryia King of Shezne - aka Cal!)

CaliCats SaengSuriya King of Shezne had a great time at his first catshow, even making a final at barely 4months old! Thank you to the club members for this very fun show held at the Weitendorf Agricultural Center in Joliet, IL and to the judges that used him in your finals! Xox!

Shezne’s Cartier Myst had a great time at her first catshow! Thank you to CFA Midwest Cat Show for organizing this very fun show held at the Weitendorf Agricultural Education Center in Joliet, IL. And thank you to the judges for handling my sweet kitten with such care that she eventually came out of hiding and even earned a few 2nd best of Breeds for the Maine C**n division!!

Titan…. Out to conquer the deer…

Shezne’s Titan Tornado (littermate to RW GC Shezne’s Tilla Adela of LapCats) is living his best life, wintering in Idaho with hls family that adores him!!!!

Okay…. So maybe he needs a little less catnip…

Shezne’s Tilla Adela of LapCats at the Nashville Cat Club’s ”New Years in Nashville Cat Show”! I am so amazingly happy with this kitty (yes, she’s still a kitten!). She’s big and beautiful and loves the show…. Thank you to the judges who made room for her and LapCats Queenie Belle in your finals. (We are still on our way home…. I’ll post pictures of Tilla and Queenie with their ribbons, tomorrow!!)

We attended the Frontier Feline Fancier’s Cat Club in Gardner, KS for Cathy Johannes with LapCats Queenie Belle and Shezne’s Tilla Adela of LapCats. We had a great time at this well-run, fun and energetic show. Thank you to the judges who made room for Queenie and Tilla in your finals! Xox! On the attached video, it is SP Judge, Brian Pearson’s entire final. Tilla (#9) receives 4th and Queenie (#10) receives 3rd in this final. We are very proud. Thank you!!!!!

One of our most treasured pet owners likes to hike nearly every day. She has found a way to share her love of nature with her beloved Maine C**n, Shezne’s Titan. Titan’s baby picture was posted about 5 months ago. Titan is now 6 months old and is a very healthy and happy kitty!

We attended the Alamo City Cat Club for Cathy Johannes with LapCats Queenie Belle and Shezne’s Tilla Adela of LapCats. We had a great time at this beautiful and well-run show. Thank you to the judges who made room for Queenie and Tilla in your finals! Xox! On the attached video, it is AB Judge, Kathy Black’s entire final. Queenie (#009) is the last to get her ribbon but it is for 3rd Best Allbreed Kitten. We are very proud. Thank you!!!!!
