Waverly is patiently waiting for belly rubs from a forever family 🥲

She is a teeny tiny Chihuahua mix (our best guess is Chiweenie) and she is SO sweet with everyone she meets!

Her siblings are off to forever homes, but this sweet girl is still holding out hope that hers is right around the corner 🤞
