Well….. I was arrested today 😳(kind of). I was driving to work this morning and just as I got on I-35 police lights lit up.

Pretty soon there were 3 more police cars 🚔 around me. I was ordered out of my vehicle…back towards the first car…get on the ground face down…put your hands behind my back! I was handcuffed (picture for proof)and put in the back of the police car 🚓, read my rights, was asked if I wanted to talk to them. I said “I sure do!!”
They informed me that I had stolen plates on my truck and that they had been trying to “catch me for 3 weeks”.

I said to check my glove box for my registration. They said “you are giving me permission to search your truck? Will I find anything illegal in there?”

I replied “I do have a baggy of drugs in my lunch bag.”(I should have used different words because his eyes got big) I then said I hadn’t eaten breakfast and hadn’t taken my morning medication.

The lieutenant figured it all out and apologized and I was unhandcuffed. Before I was let go I asked the officer if I could tell him something and he not re-arrest me…. He said yes.

I told him I wasn’t wearing my seatbelt and this is probably the only way I would not get a ticket for not wearing my seatbelt 🤣🤣🤣.
