Good Morning world, it is another beautiful Saturday and you all need to be where I am. Come down to the okc public OKC Farmers Market District and get you some jams and hot sauces. We have 13 flavors of jam this week. This weeks one of a kinder is Blueberry Basil and it is delectable, it will pair well with Brie cheese, pork, white fish, crepes the list goes on and on. Come down and taste some, your taste buds won’t be disappointed.
I’m here again with that weekly reminder to come down to the OKC Farmers Market District and get some jams and sauces! We have a few different oddballs and one of a kinders this week. this weeks one of a kinders are Vanilla Berry Fusion(raspberry, vanilla, jasmine), Apple Ginger(apple, ginger), and the oddballs this week are Strawberry Cayenne(strawberry, cayenne), Banana Rum Cake(banana, garam marsala, spiced rum), and now introducing the oddball of the year so far…(drumroll)……(crowd cheering)…….Atypical Pickle(kiwi, pickle). It is a lovely beckon to the spring that is approaching us fast and just like that impending wave of heat coming after these jams will go out the door with a swiftness. Can’t wait to see you all down here!
Hello again, from another fantastic and bright Saturday morning! By now you should know where to find me…and if you don’t then come down to the OKC Farmers Market District and get you some goodies. This weeks one of a kinder is Strawberry Ginger Jelly. It has a light and delicate flavor, it would be great on some nice warm toast in the morning. This week we also have a new hot sauce flavor. It is called Autumn Leaves, it is a jerk sauce that once tasted makes you want to spend next winter in the Caribbean. Come and get some!!!

It’s Saturday and if you don’t take advantage of this beautiful day and come down to the OKC Farmers Market District, it would be a day wasted. I have got the jams, jellies, hot sauces, and syrups. This weeks one of a kinder is cherry wine jelly. Also this week is a remake of one of my classics. I had the pleasure of going to a wonderful little farm this week that grows lavender. Honey Creek Farms in mounds OK. They had some beautiful and fragrant Munstead lavender. So I made some strawberry lavender with it, and it is delectable!! Howdy all. Today is the first day of a new farmers market season for us, and we are now at the OKC Farmers Public Market in downtown okc. Come on down and see us we have an assortment of jellies and jams and syrups. We will be here from 9am-2pm.

Hey everybody out here in Facebook land. I have some goodies for you. I am taking orders on gift baskets of my award winning jams. They are perfect for christmas gifts or for dirty Santa. I have sampler packs which consist of Four 2oz jars and crackers for $15.
I also have a larger pack with Four 4oz Jars and crackers for $22. There are 2 different flavor sets to choose from. The spicy set is made up of Mango Habanero, Strawberry Serrano, Rasbasco, and Raspberry Reaper. The other set is Earl Grape, Very Berry, Cherry Hibiscus, and Sand Plum. I also have all these flavors plus Grape Chamomile, Strawberry Lavender, Raspberry Rose, and Cherry Ginger in 8oz jars for $7 each. I have created each of my jams flavor profiles to be diverse and to bring out the creativity in their use. One way I regularly use them is in glazes that I put on meat and veggies in the smoker. It may not be as hot as it has been but with my new spicy jams you can put that heat back into your body. New this week is Blueberry Fire(Blueberry, Serrano, Jalapeño, Habanero) it is an R on the spice rating, Strawberry Serrano(R), Mango Habanero(R), Watermelon Jalapeno(PG). For the sweet stuff I have Grape Chamomile, Sandplum, Grape Cherry, Blackberry Mint, Cherry Ginger, Kiwi Banana, Raspberry Rose, Sandplum Vanilla, Cherry Chutney, Sugar free Apple Tart, and new this week is Cucumber Mint. This week I have papaya jalapeño glaze(great on pork chops), It’s apple thyme glaze(excellent on white fish), Strawberry Serrano jam, Sandplum Jelly, Sandplum Vanilla Jelly, Cherry Ginger Jam, Blackberry Mint Jam, Grape Cherry Jam, Kiwi Banana Jam, Orange Sunrise Jelly, Strawberry Lavender Jam, Banana Rum Cake, Cherry Hibiscus Jam, and Grape Chamomile Jam. And to top it all off we are inside in the air conditioning.
Some of you have already seen the news from my brothers post, so for the rest of you here is the news. I took first and second place at the Piedmont Fourth of July jelly contest. First place was my Strawberry Serrano and second was Mango Habanero. I will have these and a whole bunch of flavors at the Eastside Fresh Market today from 4pm-7pm.

I have some mulberry jam from some fresh picked mulberries and some Asian pear & thai pepper jam that is a must for the spice heads out there. I of course have some excellent Blue Oyster mushrooms and some absolutely delectable pioppino mushrooms.
Come on down to the Eastside Fresh Market today from 4pm-7pm. I have some beautiful blue oyster mushrooms today. I also have some jams and jellies, this week I have Strawberry Ginger, Mango Habanero, Lemonhead, Grape Chamomile, and Lemon Cherry Tart.
