This is Sadie. She is the momma dog of Midge, Trooper and Maggie. I believe she is about 1 1/2 years old. Super sweet. She is also available for adoption will be spayed on Jan 28, 2025 as well. I cannot post any of them on Petfinder.com until they are spay/neutered and fully vaccinated.

Meet Maggie, She is just over 8 weeks old. She is Catahoula :eopard dog and possibly Australian Shepherd. She has had her first worming and DHPP vaccine. She will be spayed and final vaccinations on Jan 28, 2025. (She will get her 2nd DHPP on Jan 3rd). She is available for adoption. Her adoption fee is $265.00. I dropped off two dogs to get spayed at SpayXperts on Friday. One of them belonged to a homeless woman and had just finished nursiing her pups. When I went to pick the up I was told the Lupa Legacy had paid for one of them. Would like to thank whomever made the decision to assist me with my homeless program. As we all know every dollar counts. Thank you!!

These puppies will be just over eight weeks old on December 23rd. Weaned just in time for Christmas, if you are considering a new puppy for your family. The mom is a Catahoula Leopard Dog, I believe the dad is as well. They make loving companions for active families who can exercise them regularly. They are gentle with children, but may be too energetic for babies and toddlers. If you are interested in pre-adopting please contact me. They will have had their first Distemper/Parvo vaccine and worming at the time of adoption, but will need spay or neutered and final vaccines after 12 weeks. Their adoption fee is $235.00 and includes all vetting. There are five puppies and of course the momma will be available for adoption as well.

Have made the dreaded decision that most pet owners are faced with someday. Little Nonnie, that came to live with me two years ago when she was 16 and her owner was moving to a place he could not have a dog. I didn't think she would last this long, but she rallied and became a part of my pack. This weekend she could no longer get out of her bed. I will be taking her tomorrow to cross over the rainbow bridge. I have sat with her on my lap most of the day, hoping she would pass quietly. Maybe she will go tonight.

Munchkin just went to her new home. She was part of the Little Dumplin Gang. I have had her for almost two years. She went to a wonderful home. Now I just need to find a home for Pumpkin, her sister.

Buddy went to live with my niece, Alsha, her husband, Dan and their two children on a farm. According to my niece, "He says the farm is loud with donkeys, guineas and pigs" and "he loves playing fetch with the kids." Who knew he played fetch. Buddy was surrendered by the family of Jimbo Snyder, a lifetime friend, when he passed. I know Jimbo is looking down from heaven and smiling at Buddy's new forever home.

Meet Jasper and Jazz. Found under the hood of a car that had traveled several miles before they were discovered. They are about 5 weeks old. They will be ready for adoption in about seven weeks.

Meet Ned. He came from a homeless camp with his brother. Sadly his brother passed with Parvo shortly after I rescued them. But little Ned is going strong. He will be ready for adoption in about four weeks. I believe he is a Weimaraner/Terrier mix. He is very smart and loving. He is aready not soiling in his kennel. If you would like to be considered for an adoption. Let me know.

New Momma Dog and six puppies. They were found in a storm tin-horn, by a nice young couple. Her first experience with rescue. Warned her "it's like the mafia once your in you can't get out!" Rain this weekend they would not have survived. She made a donation to the rescue to fully vet Mom and all six pups. The pups are just over ten days, eyes open. They will be available to go to fosters after weaning in about seven weeks. Haven't sexed them, but would like for two to go together. Will supply kennel, food etc.
They will be available for adoption after they are fully vetted at 12 weeks. Prayers for all to find Forever homes.
