Bird Flu is going around in wild bird populations all over the US currently. Keep your parrots and companion birds safe by keeping them inside if possible, and limiting any contact they have with wild birds. If you have poultry or waterfowl, wash your hands extra well before handling things in your home or your birds. Just keep this in mind and be extra careful!



While it's tragic and alarming to see a massive die-off, it's not uncommon for birds that travel in such large populations.

Today Kirsten is flying another little bird to It’s family up North! Waiting for the flight, all I hear is munching on Millet. 🤣. This is a weaned Green Cheeked Conure! In every carrier we put a perch, toy, pellets, water, millet, and if the water were to spill, there is actually an entire apple cut in half in there too! We charge $250-$300 to fly birds using Delta Cargo, and we do not charge a difference to have a human fly with the bird in the cabin unless the human’s flight would be more than the bird’s delta ticket. Luckily we have Frontier’s Discount Den program and TSA precheck, so we’re able to keep this pretty efficient and affordable.
