Horse Park of New Jersey has a schooling horse trials 9/7! They are having a pre-starter divistion which is xrails to 2'. This is a great intro to eventing! Who wants to go?

Teams are ALMOST done for Championships HOWEVER, we cannot do so without our lovely stable managers. We are still 17 stable managers short and without these teams having stable managers, we cannot post teams.

If you have a member that fits the below criteria and wants to come, they can absolutely come as a stable manager and we welcome them. We ask that you please reach out to the Discipline Secretary and Organizer directly to get the process started for your member.

Stable Managers:
Do not need to qualify for Championships. Anyone that meets age and certification requirements are eligible to be a stable manager.
Standard Divisions: D-3 HM and 12 years of age as of Jan 1
Modified Divisions: D-2 HM and 10 years of age as of Jan 1
Entries are FREE for stable managers.

Our club is helping some of our junior members get to Pony Club Champs in Kentucky this year! This event is not just a horse show-the kids work on their own all week with their teammates (some of whom they’ve never met before) taking care of their horses from 5:30 am-8:30pm with no parent help. Pony Club teaches teamwork, safety, horse care, responsibility, time management, handling emergencies and first aid. Somerset Hills Pony Club is a 501c3 club so all donations are tax deductible and we are fueled by the most dedicated parent volunteers. Any donation appreciated to help these hardworking kids make the trip! 💙🐴

Hi All SHPC members, families & friends! We would like to raise money to help cover some of the costs to ship 6 horses and 9 kids to Kentucky this July for Pony Club champs and to help cover some camp costs for our annual summer camp at the USET for about 25 kids and ponies!
