Hi everyone!!

It's been awhile since I posted. Everything has been a whirlwind since we decided to move. The last time I posted anything personal it was regarding selling my chickens and I was moving to Maine. We decided after many sleepless nights that Maine was not the best idea. Obviously, the weather was a big factor and never being able to having seramas, but most importantly it was just simply too far from family and that wasn't something we could completely let go of. Lastly, since I'm a Realtor, the work up there would have been scarce, and the list goes on as to why it just didn't feel right. SO, since then, we didn't think we were moving anywhere since we waited an eternity for the appraisal results on our current home! In the middle of waiting for those nail biting results, we landed in Maryland. We found a home that is just perfect for us right on the Chesapeake Bay in southern Maryland. You know what that means? Warmer weather, and I can still keep my darling seramas!! There really isn't a big change for keeping the business with chickens. But again, most importantly, I'm now only 3 hours away from my parents and friends, instead of 12. BIG difference. 1 hour from the Assateague and Ocean City beaches too. If you cannot tell, I'm a HUGE coastal lover, so this is a dream to be on the water. Lastly, the appraisal results came in today and we got FULL VALUE for our home so it's 100% that we are now moving and will be MARYLAND residents!!
