Just a few housekeeping things to inform everyone about….
🐾 Scheduling. I am currently booked about 2 months out for small & medium sized dogs and about 3 months out for larger breeds. I also had a lot of clients pre book for the entire year (which I love) so a lot of my year is already booked. If you are able to pre book appointments, I definitely recommend that.
🐾 New clients. I’m always accepting new clients for nail trim appointments. New clients for grooming will be taken depending on availability. If you’re a potential new client reading this and would like to get on my schedule, just message me. 😊 Also- if you’re a current client who adds a dog to your family, I will always groom them. ❤️
🐾 SNOW. Oh my gosh the snow haha. I have policies & fees regarding last minute cancellations, but I also have a heart. If you feel unsafe driving in snowy conditions, I would never expect you to drive. If you can’t make an appointment due to the roads, I will not charge my last minute cancellation fee. Please just communicate with me. Safety is more important than a dog groom. Please note, I may not be able to reschedule quickly, but I’ll work with you the best I can.
🐾 New stuff. During the colder months, all grooms will include paw & nose balm at no extra cost. Those little paws and noses get dry in the winter! If you don’t want this added, just let me know. I also tested an oatmeal shampoo on my own dogs and found one with good ingredients that I really like. If you’ve noticed dry skin or a little itchiness on your dog, oatmeal shampoo can be a little more calming than the normal shampoo I use. Just let me know and I’d be happy to use the oatmeal shampoo at no extra cost.
🐾 Appointment reminders. It’s not worth it for me to pay for an appointment reminder service as I don’t have a huge issue with people forgetting, but I would be willing to individually text everyone for the week. I’m thinking text everyone for the week on the Sunday before. That means my Tuesday appointments would be reminded 2 days before, but my Friday appointments would be reminded 5 days before. Would this be at all helpful? Let me know in the comments.
🐾 If you come to my house for a groom and notice my outdoor Christmas decorations still up, ignore them. 😂 I did not take advantage of the two nice days we had at the end of December and now it’s snowed and snowed and snowed so I’m gonna be one of those people that has them up for a while. 🤦🏻‍♀️
🐾 Thank you for a great 2024! It was a wild year with my husband’s cancer diagnosis and surgery. Thank you for sticking by us and for supporting us through that. Hoping for a HEALTHY 2025 and another year filled with dogs. I love this job so much and love all of you!

Tomorrow is my last day of work for the year. I have a couple spots available for last minute nail trims if your dog is in need before Santa comes. Just message me!
I will be off 12/24-1/1. I won’t be checking messages much or doing any scheduling during that time. If you need to get something scheduled, message me before tomorrow evening, otherwise I will respond to all messages when I return to work on 1/2. January is almost completely booked except 2-3 spots for small dogs and February is filling up fast. Book ahead if you can.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! The season flew by and I’m so thankful to all of you for keeping me busy and always supporting me. ❤️💚🎄🎅🏼
