Hi everyone! It’s me, Patty!

Where has the time gone? 8.5 years already!

We all started as strangers to each other and quickly that fell by the wayside and led us into funny and at times somber relationships.

I learned about your families, watched your children grow and ‘gasp’-drive. Some off to college, some to preschool, and kindergarten. I always marveled at how you balanced all that.

I learned some of you are teachers and nurses. In fact a lot of you are. Thanks for that!

I learned some of you were going into Criminal Justice. We need you.

I learned some of you stayed home to look after your house and family. Simply said - you are your family’s and the neighborhood’s angel.

Mostly, I was reminded we are all just people. People who love our pets and want the best care for them.

I didn’t expect any of that to happen. I was hired as a receptionist and truth be told y’all made my life so much better. Laughing and hugging were part of my daily routine. And yes, at times we cried together.

Thank you for trusting your pets with me and Awesome Paws. It’s an honor I do not take lightly or for granted.

Congratulations Patty!!!!
Patty has made the decision to retire and we could not be happier for her!
Even as we are very sad to see her go. Patty has been the heart and soul of our team, having been with us the longest and one of our first employees. Her dedication to her role as a receptionist went beyond simply welcoming clients; she thrived on meeting new people and forming lasting relationships with them and their beloved pets. Patty's greatest accomplishment was the consistent ability to provide clients and their pets with a sense of security and compassion every time they walk through our doors. Her experience and genuine care made her an invaluable part of our team and a trusted face for all. While we seek to find a suitable receptionist, we know those shoes will never be filled the same way.
We look forward to see what fun adventures await you in the future!
