Good morning South Bay pets and clients. Today, January 2nd, we will be closed from 9am-11am for mandatory staff training and OSHA certification. This morning we are also, unfortunately, experiencing an outage of our Practice Management Software that does not allow us to access our system and assist clients with any requests. We will be using our morning, until 11am, to get this corrected and able to resume all services at 11:00am. At this time, our phones are turned over and we are not able to accept calls. Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to get back to and running. Any further updates will be added to this post. Thank you so much.

UPDATE: We are back up and running! We thank you all for your patience. What a way to start the new year, wow!
