From the moment you pull up, you will notice the beautifully decorated canvas
cabins reminiscent of deluxe safari suites. Once settled in, relax on the front deck
with a glass of wine while above, you’ll notice the splendor of the old growth fir
and the wonderful aromas of the breezes of nature. Once dusk falls, the hues of the candles and firelight set the stage for a truly
romantic evening. Once

refreshed, you can take a hike on one of the many trails the park has to
offer or swim, kayak or canoe Deep Lake. If you are looking for more than the park has to offer, you can take a day trip into
the historical town of Tenino located within a few miles of the park. There you can
enjoy wine tasting at the Scattercreek Winery, sample candies and Aunt Kate’s
Chocolates, go horseback riding at one of the nearby stables, or explore the
Tenino museum and quarry famous for its sandstone. Once you make your way back to your Pampered wilderness retreat, you’ll
have the option of having dinner catered or you can prepare your own feast in
nature as a barbecue, mini fridge, and microwave are on hand. No matter what
you decide, your stay at Pampered Wilderness is sure to be one of the most
memorable you’ve ever had.
